高英志,汉族,德国基尔大学与中国科学院植物研究所双博士学位,天池特聘教授,教育部新世纪人才,教授,博士生导师。现任新疆农业大学草业学院院长,中国植物营养与肥料学会生物学专业委员会委员,吉林省草原学会秘书长,吉林省土壤学会理事,长春市科技评估中心咨询专家,中国环境科学学会湿地环境生态保育与功能开发专业委员会委员,《应用生态学报》编委,《草地学报》青年编委,并担任Global Change BiologyPlant & SoilScience of The Total Environment等期刊审稿人。主要从事生理生态学、全球变化生态学和草地生态学研究。研究方向:草地地下生态学过程与信号传导固氮微生物、农作物与牧草间套作增产机制。
